ServiceNow Developer

• Develop and maintain scalable and reusable code within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Lead initiatives to improve application development, deployment, and customization processes.
• Advise teams and clients on best practices and necessary changes to meet business needs.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and products.
• Participate in process improvement discussions and provide strategic guidance on the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit and security guidelines. Skills
• Experience in Service Catalog development and Flow Designer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript for scripting customizations and business rules.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow core concepts like forms, tables, and ACLs.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and debugging issues. Preferred Skills
• CSA certification and experience with ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations.
• Experience in change management using ServiceNow platform.
• Adaptability to keep up with new platform features and best practices.
