- Develop and maintain scalable and reusable code within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Lead initiatives to improve application development, deployment, and customization processes.
- Advise teams and clients on best practices and necessary changes to meet business needs.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and products.
- Participate in process improvement discussions and provide strategic guidance on the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure compliance with internal audit and security guidelines. Skills
- Experience in Service Catalog development and Flow Designer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript for scripting customizations and business rules.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow core concepts like forms, tables, and ACLs.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and debugging issues. Preferred Skills
- CSA certification and experience with ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations.
- Experience in change management using ServiceNow platform.
- Adaptability to keep up with new platform features and best practices.
