ServiceNow FSM Lead - Ridgeland, MS (Onsite Day 1) Local

• Serve as a ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management) Architect and Lead Developer for telecom domain projects.
• Leverage 5+ years of deep hands-on experience in ServiceNow FSM module, including solution building and process flow setup.
• Lead and implement advanced FSM capabilities such as dynamic scheduling, route optimization, dispatcher workspace, territory planning, and inventory integration.
• Integrate ServiceNow FSM with external systems, including Microsoft Teams and other integration hubs.
• Design and configure work orders, task process flows, Sales and Order Management for Telecommunications, and CSM/FSM Configurable Workspaces.
• Develop and maintain scripted ServiceNow components (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs).
• Ensure solutions adhere to best practices and provide technical recommendations to clients.
• Work in Agile (Scrum) environments, managing user stories and sprints efficiently.
• Analyze client issues, participate in stakeholder discussions, define/document requirements, and propose appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports and documentation as required.
• Demonstrate strong communication, client-facing, and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural teamwork.
• Ensure willingness to comply with client verification processes (showing DL/visa on video call).
• Must have 5+ years exposure to the Telecom domain.
• Onsite position in Ridgeland, MS (local candidates only).
