About the role

The ServiceNow Lead Educator is a professional who helps businesses by developing, facilitating, and supervising training programs for employees. Assess the needs of the Region business implement training and development plans and facilitate a wide variety of training programs that enhance the effectiveness of the workforce. In this role, you will:

  • Partner with Training Global team to design and implement the regional learning strategy
  • Mentor and train internal authorized trainers as part of the training program.
  • Partner with Global Training team to design training for Cognizant/Thirdera University to support the development of technical skills across the region
  • Collaborate with the team in developing creative design solutions.
  • Lead team in project design and documentation from start to finish.
  • Compile requirements for Cognizant and solutions to offer to our customers.
  • Provides input to and or create specialist points of view for the market and where appropriate present at industry events.
  • Brings thought leadership and innovative solution ideas to existing clients.
  • Monitoring and maintenance of the updated and current certifications of the Services Sales and digital teams
  • Lead initiatives that promote knowledge sharing among teams
  • Delivery of training internally public and to ServiceNow client Work Model

  • Key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow Platform
  • ServiceNow Configuration
  • Ability to decompose Stories to create relevant training
  • Power Point Word ServiceNow Knowledge Management
  • Strong knowledge with ServiceNow incident change problem request CMDB and knowledge management applications
  • Strong cross-organizational communication skills
  • Strong ability in business process improvement Certifications Required
  • Certified Implementation Specialist - Across 2 CIS Certifications
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • Certified trainer for at least 3 trainings or Lead Client Facing Training across large organizations These will help you stand out
  • Ability to lead guide and govern effectively.
  • Strong English communication skills (written interpersonal and presentational)
