As a Customer Outcomes Principal Platform Architect, you will guide customers in establishing technical foundations on the ServiceNow platform, manage governance, and support professional development. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
• Lead architecture design and implementation for ServiceNow platforms
• Mentor and train customers on best practices for ServiceNow adoption

Requirements include strong experience in AI integration, public sector, and ServiceNow. A base pay range of $1,620,000 to $2,540,000 per year is offered.
