Job Summary
The Senior Technical Consultant leads the technical delivery of ServiceNow Employee Workflow projects, ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions. This role drives design, implementation, and customer engagement while mentoring junior consultants and contributing to organizational initiatives. Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Configure, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications, reports, portals, and integrations.
- Lead documentation of configurations, reports, and development work.
- Guide customers through executing testing scenarios and plans.
- Deliver effective demonstrations of ServiceNow products and solutions across multiple services.
- Maintain advanced certifications, stay current with new features, and commit to continuous learning.
- Lead agile ceremonies (story grooming, stand-ups, release planning, retrospectives) and provide solution guidance.
- Develop and implement release plans for ServiceNow update sets.
- Lead knowledge transfer sessions with customers.
- Drive Technical Consultant initiatives to improve tools and processes across the organization.
- Create design documents for complex solutions and lead customer requirements discussions.
- Configure and develop advanced ServiceNow features (e.g., portals, integrations, AI).
- Attend and facilitate design workshops to validate requirements.
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
- Conduct peer review testing and document test steps for complex clients.
- Support project governance by documenting Risks, Issues, Decisions, Actions, and Changes (RIDAC log).
- Partner with OCM on internal initiatives.
- Participate in pre-sales activities as needed.
- Mentor Associate Technical Consultants and Technical Consultants.
