• Deliver the full implementation life cycle for ServiceNow modules in complex client environments.
• Work with clients and stakeholders to understand and implement mission needs in ServiceNow.
• Provide technical expertise on assigned implementations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and execute Quality Assurance testing for client ServiceNow solutions. Requirements
• An active Secret Clearance is required; only U.S. Citizens can obtain clearance.
• An undergraduate degree is necessary, preferably in engineering, finance, economics, operations research, mathematics, or a related field.
• A minimum of five years of work experience and at least two years of experience in the administration, configuration, or implementation of the ServiceNow platform are required.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and deploying ServiceNow modules using Agile DevSecOps techniques is necessary.
