Requirements:

• 3 or more years of experience in ServiceNow development and platform administration.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow CSM and/or Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) modules.
• Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience in Service Portal development and UI/UX customization.
• Experience with integrating ServiceNow using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with platform security, user access management, and public sector compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize ServiceNow CSM/PSDS to meet public sector requirements.
• Develop workflows, case lifecycles, and business rules within the platform.
• Build portals and self-service experiences for citizens and government staff.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external government systems, CRM, and ERP.
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and adherence to public sector regulations.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous enhancements for modules.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain documentation of customizations and processes.
