Senior ServiceNow Developer

This is a senior level position for an experienced ServiceNow developer who can provide technical leadership and direction to the development team. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, developing solution architectures, and leading the development of solution artifacts.

Detailed Skills Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer
• Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities
• Experience with the US Federal Government and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
• 5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews
• 5+ years of experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.)
• 5+ years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.)
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions

Desired Skills:

• Required ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator (baseline), Certified Application Developer (baseline)
• Addition ServiceNow CIS certification preferred: CIS Customer Service Management, CIS IT Service Management, CIS Discovery, CIS Service Mapping, CIS Strategic Portfolio Management, CIS Application Portfolio Management, CIS Software Asset Management, CIS Hardware Asset Management
• Experience with Web development: X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java
• Implementing Java scripting to support automation across various modules in ServiceNow
• REST and SOAP web service protocols
• Business Rules, Workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces, External Portals
• SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP
