Job Description

The ServiceNow Brand & Strategy team is a passionate team of creative thinkers responsible for shaping the future of the ServiceNow brand. What You Get To Do In This Role

  • Lead efforts to ensure that our design methods are optimized and scalable to ensure quality outcomes in a large, rapid-growth organization.
  • Shape global design review and approval processes with an eye towards both compliance to design standards and quality outcomes.
  • Manage the selection, implementation, training and ongoing improvement for design tools and related documentation.
  • Create and improve best practices and standards to improve cross-functional collaboration, short-term and long-term planning and prioritization based on capacity and initiative sizing.
  • Represent the design organization in cross-functional release planning to ensure design leaders are able to prioritize resources and time to deliver quality user outcomes.
  • Drive enablement and content programs that ensure that designers have the right information and guidance to do their best work with minimal friction and process overhead.
  • Collaborate with other operations leaders to understand pain points and identify mitigation strategies and long-term method improvement.
  • Maintain key metrics to inform design decisions to create quality experiences.
  • Build and develop a high performing team, comprised of a diverse team of program managers and design operations professionals.
  • Review and up-level your team's work through thoughtful and inspiring feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 7+ years of experience in enterprise (or similar) design operations building and scaling methods and tools
  • At least 5+ years of experience managing teams and mentoring individuals
  • Experience working in a fast paced, hyper growth organization creating and scaling processes, methods and tools
  • Change management experience working cross functionally with product management, engineering and quality engineering

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $131,300 - $229,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
