- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations, including ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, and HRSD
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira or ServiceNow Agile Development
- Familiarity with Human-Centered Design principles

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the ServiceNow product roadmap
- Engage with stakeholders to capture and prioritize requirements
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and document functional designs
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring well-defined and prioritized user stories
- Oversee development and deployment of ServiceNow modules
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to maintain team momentum
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership
- Advocate for Agile best practices
- Support training and change management efforts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in DoD or federal programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Active Security Clearance required
