We are seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow projects. This role requires a strategic leader with hands-on experience overseeing the implementation and optimization of ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, governance frameworks, and platform best practices.
As a key member of the technology organization, you will manage cross-functional teams, drive technical excellence, and support the continuous improvement of ServiceNow capabilities across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects from design through deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules, including workflows, integrations, and reporting.
- Manage cross-functional project teams consisting of developers, architects, analysts, and key business stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and change management initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL, Agile, and CSDM frameworks and governance standards.
- Track and report project performance using ServiceNow dashboards and defined KPIs.
- Coordinate testing, training, and go-live activities to ensure user adoption and operational sustainability.
- Partner with enterprise architects to define the long-term ServiceNow roadmap, including upgrades, integrations, and new capability rollouts.
Must Have
- Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of complex ServiceNow projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in overseeing the implementation and optimization of ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules.
- Strong understanding of workflows, integrations, and reporting within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to align technical solutions with strategic business objectives.
