[Remote] Nuvolo Developer/ServiceNow - Retail Experience

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Global Applications Solution is seeking an experienced Nuvolo Developer with a focus on Retail Experience to join their team on a contract basis. The role involves developing, configuring, and maintaining the Nuvolo Connected Workplace platform to optimize asset management and operational functions in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust solutions on the Nuvolo platform using web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML)
• Configure and manage retail-specific Nuvolo modules, including Asset & Maintenance, Real Estate & Portfolio, and Space & Workplace
• Implement and enhance workflows for key retail operations (e.g., work order, incident, change management) to streamline store efficiency
• Ensure seamless data exchange by integrating Nuvolo with other enterprise systems and third-party retail tools
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex system issues for internal and client teams
• Work with database schemas and data modeling to ensure accurate asset data and enhance reporting capabilities
• Configure the system to effectively track and manage third-party vendor performance and SLAs for in-store equipment maintenance
• Help maintain accurate records for compliance and generate critical operational and financial metrics

Skills

• Strong knowledge of the Nuvolo platform and web development technologies (JavaScript, React, Node.js, etc.)
• Understanding of facility management, IT service management (ITSM), and specific retail operational needs (e.g., POS systems, inventory management, physical store operations)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to debug complex systems and design innovative solutions
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with non-technical team members and clients
