HRSD-Analyst (ServiceNow)

Tekgence Inc is seeking an experienced HRSD Product Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery. The role involves partnering with HR COEs to gather requirements, design workflows, and configure HRSD solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document HRSD requirements from HR COEs
• Configure HRSD modules (Case Management, Knowledge, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center)
• Design and improve workflows, processes, and HR service journeys
• Translate business needs into functional/technical requirements
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and production enhancements

Skills

• 4+ years Product/Business Analysis experience
• 2+ years hands-on ServiceNow HRSD configuration
• Strong understanding of HRSD architecture and platform capabilities
• Ability to work with cross-functional HR and IT teams
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (required)
