???? Chandler, AZ (Hybrid – Greater Phoenix Area) ???? Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire Option Available ???? Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 (DOE) ???? Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a primary focus on CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Integrate CMDB with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SAM modules to improve data accuracy and operational visibility.
• Configure CI classes, relationship models, identification & reconciliation rules, and Discovery patterns.
• Build automation using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Orchestration tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMDB data, integrations, MID Servers, Discovery, and platform performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and solution diagrams.

✔ Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development or engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of CMDB structure, CI relationships, and Discovery patterns.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow configuration.
• Experience with at least one major module: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or SAM.
• Knowledge of Discovery, MID Server configuration, and integration protocols (REST, SOAP, JDBC).
• Ability to produce technical documentation, solution designs, logic flows, and architecture descriptions.

???? Preferred Experience (Nice-to-Haves)

• Experience with Service Mapping
• Background in enterprise integrations
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS–Discovery, CIS–CMDB, CIS–ITSM, etc.)
