We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and ServiceNow Discovery. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise asset and discovery processes.

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications with a focus on HAM, SAM, and Discovery modules.
• Implement and maintain asset lifecycle workflows for hardware and software assets.
• Configure and optimize ServiceNow Discovery to ensure accurate population of the CMDB.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems such as procurement, inventory, and licensing platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

This role requires hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, including:

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proven experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and ServiceNow Discovery.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and scoped application development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
