Job Description

Scope of Work:

• Lead the development and implementation of CrewNet within the ServiceNow Employee Center Pro platform.

• Initiating the intranet migration project, focusing on case, knowledge, and HR portal delivery in Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) next month.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in supporting, developing, and administering the system with prior implementation experience.

• ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) expertise.

• Experience in deploying Employee Center Pro for an enterprise intranet/multi-department portal, encompassing news, announcements, org charts, employee profiles, integrated AI search, knowledge articles, case management, virtual agent, and more.
