Job Description

DTI has an immediate need for a Remote - ServiceNow Business Analyst | ServiceNow Developer | ServiceNow Architect. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across all groups to business requirements. Responsibilities:

• Updates and develops annotated wire frames and service layer mapping.
• Analyzes and documents backend systems and data to develop systems requirements needs.
• Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of project objectives and contributes to the implementation of strategic direction.
• Supports creation of process diagrams and documentation, analysis of process gaps, and design of future-state organization capabilities.
• Supports analyst functions, including data collection, interviewing, data modeling, project testing, and creation of performance measurements to support project objectives.
