About the Role
The ServiceNow Developer will design, enhance and support enterprise-level workflow automation capabilities in a secure mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and customize ServiceNow components.
- Buil, optimize and troubleshoot complex workflows to support mission requirements.
- Lead development tasks related to request management and automation across multiple lines of service.
The ideal candidate has experience working with ServiceNow in federal or large enterprise environments. They should have hands-on experience developing workflows, API integrations, CMDB governance and Discovery configuration.
