Service Now Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow developer to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules, with a minimum of 5 years' experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, etc.
• Experience in HR service delivery would be an added benefit.
• Extending the ServiceNow schema to develop custom applications and working on ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery, Orchestration, and other applications.
• Designing complex workflows and writing automated scripts.
• API integrations within ServiceNow is preferred. Requirements:
• Good experience in ServiceNow implementations.
• Working knowledge on Business Rules, Web Services, Access Control Rules, and Scripting.
• Certification in ITIL / ServiceNow will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal/written communication.
• Attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills.
