ServiceNow Administrator

The Riptide Technology ServiceNow Administrator/Developer role requires a TS/SCI clearance and the ability to work onsite in Springfield, VA. Key responsibilities include configuring, developing, supporting, and maintaining SNOW instances, collaborating with stakeholders on digital transformation solutions, and automating workflows through Service Catalogs. Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of direct experience with the ServiceNow platform as an administrator/developer
• Proficiency in gathering requirements, database design schemas, and data modeling
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator Certification
• Experience customizing or developing reports from relational databases
• Knowledge of Web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, XML, and CSS
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest features Desired Qualifications:
• 8 years of direct experience with the ServiceNow platform as an administrator/developer
• Advanced ServiceNow certifications
• Experience with Agile software development
• ITILv4 Intermediate certification(s)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
