Servicenow admin role involves operationalizing and administering existing CMDB as a subject matter expert. This includes coordinating and training technical resources to aid in researching and resolving conflicts and issues in the CMDB. Additional tasks include finalizing the rollout of Resource Manager, building complex reports and dashboards, and creating project plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create an assessment of needs for existing CMDB within 2 weeks
  • Create Project Plan to Operationalize existing CMDB within 1 month
  • First Draft of CMDB Process Plan within 60 days
  • First draft of Resource Manager Dashboard within two weeks
  • Final draft of Dashboard and all required reports within 1 month

Additionally, the successful candidate will work independently and as part of a team, contribute to efficiency and effectiveness by offering suggestions or direction, and demonstrate professional organization and technical documentation skills.
