ServiceNow Sr Developer (5-7 Years)

This role requires experienced implementation of ITSM solutions using industry best practices. Key responsibilities include development of Service Catalogs, scripting using Business Rule, Script Include, Fix Scripts Workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client Scripts, Email Inbound, and creation of REST and SOAP-based integrations.

• Must have experience with Service Portal and widget creation
• Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Authentication via Auth 2.0, certificates, and Mid Server
• Implemented ServiceNow project in Domain-separated instance
• Experience with custom applications development, LDAP/Active Directory/SSO implementation, and Orchestration use case implementation

The ideal candidate will have 4-5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, 7+ years in the IT industry, and 10+ years as an architect. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Preferred certifications include Certified System Admin, CIS-ITSM, Certified Application developer, and ITIL Foundations certification.
