As an ITOM Principal Technology Consultant, you will work with customers to drive consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction, ultimately helping them grow their business on the ServiceNow platform.
The role requires technical expertise in configuring ITOM Service Delivery using ServiceNow best practices. You will support customer engagements, advise on taking advantage of standard capabilities in the ServiceNow ITOM Solution, and lead design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and ITOM Solution technology.
You will be responsible for guiding customers in completing required documentation, drafting user stories, and providing ad-hoc oversight/training for future system administrators. Additionally, you will develop integration components, portal components, and prepare customer-facing deliverables.
This is a challenging role that requires at least 5 years of configuration/development experience for complex technologies. You must have strong interpersonal skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to deal with cultural diversity. A proven team player and team builder are essential qualities for this position.
