ServiceNow Security Manager
- This position is responsible for defining and implementing security policies, managing user access controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and establishing security best practices across all ServiceNow applications and modules.
- The ServiceNow Security Manager will serve as the primary security authority for the ServiceNow platform, working closely with IT Security, Compliance, Development, and Business teams to ensure the platform is secure, compliant, and aligned with organizational security standards.
- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and at least 5-7 years of experience in information security, with at least 3-5 years focused on ServiceNow security.
- The candidate must have proven experience implementing and managing ServiceNow security controls and access management, and experience with ServiceNow platform administration and configuration.
- The role requires strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance requirements, including ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and experience conducting security assessments and managing security incidents.
- The ServiceNow Security Manager must be able to obtain Public Trust and have minimal travel required (less than 10%).
