Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Job Description:

The Senior ServiceNow Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow modules, with a focus on Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping. The ideal candidate must have strong communication, presentation, and writing skills, system integration experience using APIs, and advanced programming skills in JavaScript. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and optimization of the CMDB structure
• Implement best practices for data population and normalization
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to discovery processes
