Principal Technical Consultant

As a Principal Technical Consultant, Integrations Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping our customers achieve their business outcomes by providing expert guidance on integrating ServiceNow with third-party software platforms, programs, and applications.

• Experience in leveraging AI to improve work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is crucial. You'll design and implement integrations that accelerate customer business outcomes.
• You'll devise integration development plans and strategies while formulating architectures for systems integrations.
• Implementing ServiceNow's latest AI offerings like Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, Issue Auto Resolution, Task Intelligence, Document Intelligence, Generative AI, and other capabilities for various customers will be your forte.
• Developing solutions specific to user requirements gathered in workshops is another key responsibility.
• Coordinating activities with other developers to ensure integrations and platform functionality supports the overall project is essential.
• Acting as an SME to solve complex user issues related to Integrations and AI solutions will require strong technical expertise.
• Checking and correcting conflicts in data configurations and overlaps is vital.
• Analyzing and improving current instance configuration and setup to ensure proper design to support future customers is critical.
• Identifying, debugging, and advising on system errors or architecture issues requires meticulous attention to detail.

For this role, you must have at least 8 years of configuration/development experience for complex integration technologies. You should also have demonstrated ability to influence and consult in a complex customer environment, provide thought leadership to customer sponsors/stakeholders, maintain multiple certifications, and possess extensive experience with Integration Technologies and SaaS technologies.

As a highly skilled professional, you should have experience with architecting systems integrations, creating high-level architecture diagrams, understanding AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models with a focus on Generative AI, and knowledge of encryption principles.
