As a ServiceNow ITSM Lead, you will be responsible for leading ServiceNow projects delivery, including scoping, design, implementation, user training, and value realization. You will effectively communicate and manage project stakeholders, understand product roadmaps, and come up with POC/Proposal. Additionally, you will provide technical assistance to the project team, hands-on training needs on newer modules related to ServiceNow, execute PoCs for Comcast ServiceNow requirements, and have priority access to latest offerings from ServiceNow.
The ideal candidate should have 12+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
