ServiceNow Architect- US

Job Description:

The ServiceNow Architect is responsible for designing and supporting the ServiceNow platform on best practices of ITSM/ITAM/ITIL. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing strategy, design, architecture, and technical insight in designing and supporting the ServiceNow platform.

• Experience in defining the architecture of ServiceNow implementations and oversee their successful Deployment, Configuration, Implementation and Administration (ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/Strategic Portfolio Management)
• Good understanding & implementation of ITIL processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management and CMDB
• In-depth knowledge of the technical implementation of Service Catalog, designing Workflows, executing plans, Reporting, Discovery, Integrations, Workflow administration, report setup, data imports and exports.

The job requires a strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow certifications such as ITIL, ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
