Job Description
The ServiceNow Architect with CMDB will design end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements and objectives. This includes developing technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and solution designs for ServiceNow implementations. The architect will define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance policies within the ServiceNow environment. Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business needs and workflows.
- Develop ServiceNow components such as workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and integrations.
- Implement and maintain ServiceNow modules including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments. They will also have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Service Portal, and ServiceNow Integration Hub. A strong understanding of IT service management processes, ITIL framework, and industry best practices is also required.
