[Remote] ServiceNow HRSD + UiPath RPA Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Verastro is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HRSD Specialist with UiPath RPA experience to support ongoing project initiatives. The role involves leading the development and maintenance of ServiceNow HRSD modules and designing automated workflows using UiPath RPA tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support development, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow HRSD modules
• Design, build, and deploy automated workflows and processes using UiPath RPA tools
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow HRSD and RPA solutions
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and update existing ServiceNow and UiPath functionalities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement HR service workflows, case management enhancements, and automation opportunities
• Provide production support, resolve incidents, and assist with ongoing project deliverables
• Ensure solutions follow best practices, governance frameworks, and security standards

Skills

• 4–8+ years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow
• Strong functional and technical knowledge in HRSD, including Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, Knowledge, and Workflows
• Proven experience building and deploying automations with UiPath (Studio, Assistant, Orchestrator)
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and deliver end-to-end solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience supporting active/ongoing enterprise projects
• ServiceNow Administrator or HRSD certification
• UiPath Developer certification
• Background working in Agile environments
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with RPA tools or other enterprise systems
