ServiceNow Trainer

Job Description:

This role involves delivering high-quality training sessions to users as a ServiceNow trainer. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience conducting ServiceNow fundamentals and advanced training, covering deep-level platform concepts and scripting.

• Serve as a ServiceNow trainer and deliver training sessions to users.
• Possess extensive experience in conducting ServiceNow fundamentals training and Advanced ServiceNow training.
• Gain hands-on experience working on at least two to three modules from IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, IT Asset Management, HR Service Delivery, Service Portfolio Management, SecOps, and Customer Service Management.
