ServiceNow Product Consultant

As a ServiceNow Product Consultant at Tephra, you will work on strategic greenfield implementation of the platform, re-platforming, and simplifying legacy instances with heavy customization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading short-term consulting/advisory assignments to design IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions using ServiceNow's ITSM product suite.
• Working as a solution consultant and architect for new product implementations in ServiceNow's ITSM product suite.
• Supporting presales and solutioning efforts for RFPs and proactive opportunities as an expert in ServiceNow's ITSM modules and replatforming/simplification efforts.

You will also be responsible for developing a comprehensive thought leadership strategy aligned with business objectives and industry trends, staying current on competitive analysis, conducting research to identify customer-resonating topics, and creating solution collaterals.

Qualifications include 13+ years of experience in solution consulting/advisory & architecture, at least 5+ years of ServiceNow Product experience, and strong background in solution architecture and technical design with a focus on ITSM, CMDB, simplification.

A balanced knowledge of technology and domain, along with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations, are also required.
