ServiceNow Developer with GRC & IRM Expertise and Advanced Platform Development

Key Responsibilities

Platform Development & Customization

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and features using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow best practices.
• Build and configure Workflows, Flow Designer flows, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and other platform components.
• Develop and enhance Service Catalog, Request Fulfillment, and Service Portal components.

Integrations

• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and 3rd-party systems.
• Troubleshoot integration and data flow issues.

Configuration & Administration

• Configure Approval Management, Users, Groups, Roles, ACLs, and security rules.
• Support platform upgrades and manage update sets.
• Maintain platform health, performance, and compliance with best practices.

Process Automation & Data Management

• Implement automated workflows for business processes.
• Work on CMDB maintenance, discovery, and data integrity improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Script (Server/Client), and ServiceNow scripting techniques.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules (ITSM mandatory; others preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and automation engines.
• Knowledge of CMDB structure, relationships, and data models.
• Experience with Service Portal development (HTML/CSS/AngularJS preferred).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
