Candidate should have exp in CSM,SOM,Integration
5 Years of ServiceNow design development and implementation experience including integrations with third party tools
ServiceNow development configuration of Customer Service Management and Order Management
Handson experience in JavaScript as an individual contributor
Process understanding of customer service management and order management
Good Experience in ServiceNow modules and custom applications including CSM module implementation development
Good experience in Service Portal and Content Management development
Good experience in web based Integration SOAP REST and any other type of integration
Good knowledge of Service Request Management and Workflows
Experience in managing Client discussion and Requirement gathering
Good communication and presentation skill
Proficiency with AJAX XML JSON MySQL HTML CSS Jelly Scripting
Handson experience in configuring Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies UI Scripts UI Actions UI Pages Script Includes Access Control Lists complex workflows and solution migration to higher environment
Knowledge of Flow Designer Integration Hub
Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices ongoing knowledge ServiceNow features
Should have min 4-5 years of exp in configuring HRSD module
· Should be able to provide consultation to technical functionalities for implementing HRSD related use cases which involves integrations
· Proven experience implementing and customizing a web architected ntiered enterprise application
· Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration SOAP WSDL REST
· Provide guidance conduct technical workshops for gathering HR onboarding related req for HRSD integration
· Should have experience in Application like Workday Spoke Payroll Contracts building integrations with Workday etc
· Need experience in Contracts Onboarding offboarding
· Hands on experience in HR processes like HR Case Management Employee Journey Management Enterprise Onboarding and Transition etc
· Hands on experience in WSD Process like Workplace Space Management Workplace Case Management
· Solid knowledge of JavaScript HTML CSS
· Handson experiences integrating ServiceNow HRSD integration with external systems like AD SCCM Monitoring tools Cloud platforms like AWS Azure B2B etc
· Perform ServiceNow HRSD Application Configuration and Development of User Stories and Custom Code for ServiceNow application modules leveraging update sets
· Familiar with LDAP MS Active Directory ADFS
· Demonstrated skills in data management solving problems and able to work collaboratively within a team or independently
· Certifications
· ServiceNow admin Certified
· Preferable to have CIS HRSD certification
· Good oral and written communication skills
· Strong analytical teamwork and customer engagement skills
