- Relevant experience in testing ServiceNow ITSM Modules (Incident management, Change management, Problem management, Service Catalog, etc.), ITOM, SOM, HRSD etc.
- Relevant experience on ServiceNow Automated test framework (ATF) automation tool.
- Proficiency in understanding the requirements and write test cases efficiently.
- Involvement in Test Execution, Results Analyzing and Defect Reporting
- Have good knowledge on Agile methodologies and SDLC process.
- Good understanding of CMDB, service mapping and Discovery.
- Involved in Dashboards, reports and SLA’s testing.
- ITSM Foundation and ATF Micro certification is an added advantage.
- Proficient in upgrade and regression testing.
- Ability to contribute to a high performing motivated work group by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals.
- Basic Knowledge on postman is an added advantage.
