We are seeking a high-impact ServiceNow Architect to lead and accelerate our digital transformation initiatives within the Healthcare / Life Sciences industry. This is not a configuration-only role — we are looking for a true builder and visionary capable of designing, scaling, and implementing next-generation ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
- Drive strategic adoption of Now Assist and AI Agents to enhance workflows and elevate user experiences.
- Architect scalable and sustainable solutions tailored for Healthcare / Life Sciences business needs.
- Build custom applications using App Engine Studio and advanced platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define platform roadmap and modernization strategy.
- Oversee platform governance, development standards, and delivery best practices.
- Mentor developers and guide teams on advanced ServiceNow concepts.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with strong architecture-level expertise.
- Deep knowledge of:
- Core Modules: ITSM + (CSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD)
- Platform Extensions: App Engine Studio, Now Assist, AI Agents
- Proven background in building, not just configuring, ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong ability to conceptualize solution architectures aligned with business goals.
- Experience working in Healthcare or Life Sciences domain is a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications are valued, but vision and capability are even more important.
