Job Description-Key Responsibilities Architecture & Solution Design Lead the end-to-end architecture for complex ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or custom apps. Define scalable, secure, and high-performance architectural solutions aligned with industry and ServiceNow best practices. Develop and maintain architectural artifacts including high-level design (HLD), low-level design (LLD), data models, integration designs, and technical roadmaps. Ensure platform governance, code quality, and adherence to architecture standards. Technical Leadership Provide architectural guidance to development teams, ensuring consistent implementation of best practices. Conduct design reviews, quality reviews, and oversee technical delivery. Mentor developers, senior developers, and technical leads. Integrations & Enterprise Architecture Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and custom interfaces. Collaborate with enterprise architects, security teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across systems. Evaluate new ServiceNow features/releases and define upgrade strategies. Stakeholder & Client Engagement Serve as the technical SME in discussions with customers, business owners, and leadership teams. Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions. Support presales, RFP responses, and technical estimations. Governance & Best Practices Enforce CI/CD, coding standards, security best practices, and platform performance standards. Define reusable architectural patterns and accelerators for the organization. Lead platform health assessments, performance reviews, and optimization initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS (multiple modules), and ITIL preferred. 3+ years of IT experience. Strong expertise across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, SPM, or Custom Apps. Demonstrated experience in enterprise integrations, workflows, data modeling, and ServiceNow scripting (Glide API). Proficiency in JavaScript, web technologies (HTML, Angular, Bootstrap), and cloud/infrastructure concepts. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.). Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills Experience leading multi-year ServiceNow transformation programs. Knowledge of domain separation, multi-instance architecture, and enterprise-scale governance models. Understanding of security, compliance, and data privacy frameworks. Experience working with global teams and large enterprise clients. Show more Show less
