General Shift

• *Responsibilities**:

• Able to analyze the issue and provide Run Support considering the best practice

• Act as an SME and hold end to end responsibility of solution implementation

• Required advanced implementation and development skills within the ServiceNow Platform

• Supported in ServiceNow Implementation on ITSM, ITOM, Upgrade, ATF, Service Mapping, Integrations, Inbound actions

• Experience in Implementing CMDB Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM, HAM PPM, CMS to Service Portal Migration

• Experience administering a ServiceNow instance including managing the overall security of the platform, configuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs), developing workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, catalog items, Flow Designer, Integration Hub models, Integration Spokes, Dashboards, Performance Analytics, Import Data.

• Experience in Virtual Agent, Chat bot, Mobile App, Multi Language Application implementation

• Understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SOAP, SCP, FTPS, JSON

• Experience developing and implementing systems using Agile/Scrum methodology

• Experience with working or developing with JavaScript - HTML5, Jelly, jQuery and AngularJS

• Experienced in working on Scoped Application, Service Portal and CMS

• Integration using API and Integration hub and troubleshooting experience with lead tools
