ServiceNow ITSM Developer - W2 Contract

Role: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Richmond VA / Plano TX

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Engineer to join our team on a W2 contract basis. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will work on the technical implementation of various ServiceNow modules, including:

• Change Management
• Incident Management
• Problem Management
• Service Catalog

Your expertise will be critical in configuring and enhancing the Service Catalog, which includes request forms, catalog items, and fulfillment processes. You will also utilize IntegrationHub to build and manage complex integrations and develop solutions using Flow Designer for effective process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support technical implementation across various ServiceNow modules.
• Configure and enhance the Service Catalog and associated processes.
• Utilize IntegrationHub for effective integration management.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions with Flow Designer.
• Demonstrate proven experience in ServiceNow Workflows development and customization.
