Developer, ServiceNow HR Service Delivery

Job Summary:

This position is a key IT and HR team technical member responsible for leading activities related to the overall system design and development for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform requirements gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support activities in support of the HR Service Delivery module in ServiceNow.
• Support Employee Central, the Knowledge Base (KB), Case Management, custom forms, and custom workflows.
• Design and develop reports and dashboards in ServiceNow using reporting tools and performance analytics.
• Manage application-related objects like chat, virtual agents, notifications, and surveys.
• Develop and support integrations to and from ServiceNow HRSD.
• Manage security roles, assignment groups, and skill assignments.
• Define and perform testing required to keep environments up to date on latest ServiceNow releases.
