JOB DESCRIPTION:
10+ years Exp
- Technical Lead with 12-14 Years Relevant experience into ServiceNow with Technical Architect expertise.
- Strong knowledge expertise on ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, Mid-Server areas.
- Expertise into Client Script, Business Rule, Script include, UI Policy, Data Policy, Transform map, Service Catalog, Service Portal, SLA configuration, Workflow, Flow designer, Knowledge management areas.
- Good knowledge hands on experience into Integration through Rest API.
- Strong knowledge on both development Admin activities.
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Instance Upgrade Cloning activities.
- Strong communication Knowledge to get the requirements from user Customer end.
