About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a ServiceNow ITSM / Platform Admin & Engineer, where you will have the opportunity to design, implement, and manage sophisticated ServiceNow environments. This role is ideal for someone with extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules, platform architecture, and cutting-edge innovations, including Virtual Agent, Now Assist, and custom GenAI workflows. We are looking for a candidate with a solid understanding of ITIL processes, technical architecture, and the capability to lead ServiceNow initiatives that will significantly improve service delivery and user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12+ years of overall IT experience, with 5-8+ years specifically in ServiceNow administration, development, or architecture.
- Substantial hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and platform administration.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including MID Server, high availability, and disaster recovery.
- Experience in designing and deploying complex ServiceNow solutions, such as Virtual Agent, Now Assist, and GenAI workflows.
- Strong grasp of ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and connecting third-party tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Nice to Have
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
- Familiarity with additional ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, ITAM, CSM, or HRSD.
- Understanding of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Performance Analytics, and other advanced ServiceNow functionalities.
