We are seeking a skilled CMDB Specialist to join our team in Memphis, TN.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience with ServiceNow Discovery and service mapping technologies, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform
• Maintain accurate service maps and integrate data sources
