Job Overview

The role of ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management Senior Consultant involves leading ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. As a client-visible role, it presents opportunities to showcase ability to motivate and develop team members while establishing and maintaining new client relationships.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients to gather and analyze requirements, designing and developing user interfaces that enhance user experience, writing clean and maintainable code, and creating specifications that support business objectives.

Additional responsibilities involve managing and mentoring a multi-disciplinary team of resources, providing guidance and industry-leading practice expertise for ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management process implementations, analyzing companies' IT/OT Asset Management people, process, and technology capabilities, and advising on connectivity of CMDB and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to ITSM processes. Requirements

• A bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline
• Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management project experience
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
