• 5+ years of ServiceNow HRSD product experience, particularly in modules such as Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center Pro, Employee Journeys, & Integrations
• Experience delivering global enterprise HR solutions that can scale
• Understand how ServiceNow HRSD product integrates with other Enterprise Solutions like Workday, SAP, SilkRoad etc
• Understand how ServiceNow HRSD product is used to improve the overall Employee Experience
• Experience evaluating solution options to solve business problem with ServiceNow solutions
• Ability to gain alignment between the technology and business strategy by proactive partnering at all levels
• Ability to use data and analysis to drive decision-making
• Outstanding communication and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks under pressure
• Maintains a positive attitude & thrives in ambiguous work environment

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – HRSD certifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred
• Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications) or HR management (e.g., SHRM, PHR/SPHR) are a plus
• Experience in IVR or Employee Document Management is a plus
• Familiarity with configuration of ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs and agent workspace, table management, performance analytics.
• Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools for measuring HR performance and employee satisfaction.
