Job Title: ServiceNow IRM Developer (Offshore Requirement)

Locations: Gurgaon, Bangalore, Chennai (Local candidates preferred)

Work Mode: Hybrid — 3 days/week at office

Certification: ServiceNow IRM Certification (Highly Preferred)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer with strong expertise in building, configuring, and enhancing Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience, strong scripting capabilities, and a deep understanding of GRC/IRM processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow IRM modules and related components.
• Develop and customize workflows, UI policies, ACLs, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.
• Work with CMDB, data modeling, and configuration processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow modules with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance GRC/IRM capabilities.
• Ensure alignment of technical solutions with IRM industry standards and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow.
• Strong expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow configurations, scripting, and platform capabilities.
• Proficiency in the following technologies: JavaScriptRESTful APIsXMLJavaJelly ScriptingAngularJS
• Domain Knowledge in GRC/IRM Areas
