ServiceNow Admin/Developer II

Job Description

Our team seeks a skilled ServiceNow Admin/Developer II to support the integrity and availability of our cloud environment. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will implement and troubleshoot cloud-based systems, collaborate with stakeholders, and design technical architecture.

• Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment, including modifications of applications, forms, workflow, interfaces, and customizations.
• Conduct moderately complex analysis, planning, designing, and evaluating information technology tools.
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve problems, and perform analysis related to system configuration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex problems with little supervision.

You will work independently, troubleshooting issues and collaborating with teams to implement solutions. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with your experience in ServiceNow administration, make you an ideal candidate for this role.
