- Experience: 5–10+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and data model
- Ability to design and communicate complex technical solutions
- Familiarity with scripting and ServiceNow development concepts Preferred Skills:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
