ServiceNow Developer

Battelle is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to support the administration and development of ServiceNow solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, or AngularJS. They should also have experience integrating cloud solutions with on-premises solutions and with other cloud solutions.

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for:

• Leading the administration and maintenance of ServiceNow, reviewing, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and requests.
• Developing solutions in ServiceNow to meet business requirements and improve functionality of the system.
• Configuring out-of-the-box workflows and creating/maintaining custom workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts.
• Integrating ServiceNow applications with third-party systems and applications via APIs and web services.
• Monitoring performance, managing updates, and ensuring system stability.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems related disciplines, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in a related field.
