ServiceNow Tools Developer/Maintainer; Mid

Key Responsibilities

• Provide recommendation to Client regarding ServiceNow best practice, workflow automation, and usability.
• Monitor System health and compliance with ServiceNow.
• Create and configure Client Scripts, Business Rules, ACLs, etc.
• Coordinate application and platform upgrades.
• Loading, manipulating, and maintaining data on ServiceNow.
• Provide support for 3rd party data integrations.
• Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
• Create, Build and Maintain ServiceNow Applications.
• Recommendation and design in support for custom UX/UI development.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of ServiceNow development, software installation and configuration, and system performance monitoring and tuning.
• Experience with UI Builder, App Engine Studio or other solution to deliver custom UX/UI portal pages/interface/web experiences to help drive usability.
• Familiarity with database administration (DB2, MySQL, MSSQL, etc.)
